powerful shower bacon breakfast
The quad room had a really powerful shower. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, and bacon.
Bar PRICES were reasonable! but there was a slight wait at peak times.

The staff welcomed us with open arms. Their friendliness was heartwarming. our family room was spacious and pristine. It reminded me of a home away from home! the recent updates to the hotel added a touch of modern elegance, a good surprise.
The shower presented a minor inconvenience . I hope it can be addressed soon.

Central Stay with Attentive Staff
friendly staff bacon sandwiches seafront location
The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided bacon sandwiches to go on our early check-out morning. Staff stored luggage. They helped us down the stairs and onto the street with our luggage. I appreciated that. The location on the seafront is fantastic. It's close to everything. The team accommodated us and put the heating on when I requested it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I ate very well.
The bed in my room wasn't very comfortable. There was only one pillow, which I struggled with. The room was noisy late at night. I had to get up very early, too.

Staff were accommodating and put the heating on when requested. Keith, a waiter, was polite, professional, and keen to engage with guests. He acknowledged everyone. That's nice.

The hotel has nightly bingo and cabaret. The main entertainment room provides cash bingo. There is a lift but it only fits one person at a time. It did break down once.

Mediocre stay. Some significant issues
late noise substandard food
the staff seemed friendly enough, so that was acceptable.
The noise from the entertainment went on until late. it was difficult to sleep because our room was situated directly above it. the bathroom was also small. Using the toilet and shower felt cramped and awkward, and the food quality was not good.

The room had a sea view and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent and there was a tram stop opposite the hotel.
The bathroom was very small I think complimentary toiletries were missing. The waiter was great HOWEVER there were no toiletries in the bathroom AND there wasn't enough space in the shower
